ICL Imaging wanted to keep its services fresh in the mind of customers and prospects by emailing periodic news of awards, events, new customers and new services.

Customers and prospects whose email addresses ICL's sales department has collected over time.

Media
With the help of Grant Marketing’s creative department, an electronic newsletter was designed for ICL Imaging. Grant’s copywriter interviewed personnel and wrote two articles. The eNewsletter was then created on Constant Contact's email platform and the email database was uploaded for distribution.

Results
The ICL Imaging eNewsletter was sent to 1,350 recipients. It was opened by 31.4% and 20.1% clicked-thru to either further information on the article or to ICL's website.
